New ground rules:
1) Have a good breakfast.. skip lunch if i am not hungry.
2) STRICTLY NO SNACKING ( unless bot by darling or pei her to eat )
3) Running everyday ( no matter how far not impt )
4) NO FOOD AFTER 10 PM!
5) CUT DOWN ON CONSUMPTION OF SWEET DRINKS!
